主讲人简介：Marcel F. Verweij, Professor of Philosophy (Chair), WageningenUniversity , The Netherlands. His research and teaching cover a very broad areain applied philosophy and ethics, including animal ethics and business ethics,but his primary focus is public health. Together with Angus Dawson (Universityof Sydney) ,he initiated public health ethics as a new area of studies in moralphilosophy. They are founding Editors-in-Chief of Public Health Ethics, ajournal published by Oxford University Press. He was coordinator of theinternational Master program in Applied Ethics. He is member of the HealthCouncil of the Netherlands and chair person of the Central Research EthicsAdvisory Group of Unilever.
