Xiaohong Gao, female, born in October 1964. She started teaching at Southeast University in 1986 and now she’s a professor and doctoral supervisor. Her research area is government management and government ethics.

She has studied in Shandong University, Nanjing University, Southeast University, and has received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Shandong University and bachelor of economics from Southeast University, a master's degree in economics from Nanjing university, and a doctorate in philosophy from southeast university.

She has presided a number of projects at or above the provincial level and published more than 50 papers in academic journals. Her monograph, “Research on Government Ethics,” was published in the Chinese Social Sciences Press and won the second prize of the 11th Jiangsu Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award.

She is the council member of China Society of Administrative Reform and Scientific Socialism Institute of China, the executive director of Jiangsu Provincial Political Society and Jiangsu Provincial Administration Management Society.
