Yuqun Ji is an Associate Professor and Head of Department of Public Administration, Southeast University. She is also Executive Deputy Director of MPA Center, Deputy Director of International Aging Research Center, and Director of Institute of Cultural Governance, Southeast University. In 2004, she received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering at Southeast University. She was visiting scholar in the School of Law and Management at La Trobe University (Australia) in academic year 2011-2012 and was visiting fellow in the School of Government at Peking University in academic year 2015-2016.

Research interests: Governance (Community and Culture), Aging Studies (Public Services, Public Policy), Political Communication.
