摘要：尽管罗尔斯“作为公平的正义”与康德道德哲学之间的关系为人熟知，但在“作为公平的正义”与康德政治哲学（见其“法权论”）之间的关联却几乎完全未被挖掘。通过关注这些理论当中令人惊异的深层次类同性，我们能够更好地理解罗尔斯对于社会基本结构的聚焦（以及理解为何他不是一个运气均等主义者），并且能够将康德正义理论延展至一个更为均等主义的方向。

Introduction: Although the relationship between Rawls's justice as fairness and Kant's moral philosophy is well known, the connections between justice as fairness and Kant's political philosophy (in the Doctrine of Right) are almost completely unexplored. By noting the surprisingly deep similarities between these theories, we can better understand Rawls's focus on the basic structure of society (and why he not a luck egalitarian) and also extend Kant's theory of justice in a more egalitarian direction.

主讲人简介：乔·门德尔先后毕业于宾尼法尼亚大学和匹兹堡大学，现任美国纽约州立大学奥尔巴尼分校哲学系教授，主要研究方向是政治哲学，是学界著名的罗尔斯专家，已出版著作有：
